This website provides legal information and AI-generated estimates, not legal advice. Legal advice requires an attorney who knows the specific facts of your case and has agreed to represent you. Nothing on this site — including the results of any AI tool — is a substitute for that.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Using this website, any AI tool, or the free case check does not create an attorney-client relationship with Counterpoint Legal. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Submitting information through the website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or establish confidentiality. Please do not submit time-sensitive or highly sensitive information through a public tool or form. If a conflict exists, the firm may be unable to discuss the matter.

3. About the AI tools
