Privacy Policy

No tracking. No ad pixels. No selling your data.

Last updated: October 20, 2026. This policy describes the current website code and its operational providers. It does not make promises about security, confidentiality, legal privilege, response time, deletion timing, or AI-model training that are not established here.

No tracking or advertising technology

The site is intended to operate without analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers, session replay, heatmaps, fingerprinting, IP-geolocation lookups, reCAPTCHA, or third-party browser embeds. We do not sell personal information.

Before a release, we review the automatic external browser-request inventory. If an automatic request is not first-party, publication stops unless it has your explicit approval.

Information you choose to submit

Contact and case-review forms send the fields you enter to HellaHurt so the requested form workflow can run. The information can include contact details and details you choose to provide about an incident or injury.

Hurtcules chat sends the messages you enter to the server so the chat can generate a response. Tool inputs may be sent when a particular tool needs server-side processing. Do not submit information you do not want processed through the feature you choose to use.

Service providers and what they receive

  • Manus: hosts the application and provides the server-side application infrastructure. It receives the requests, form data, chat/tool inputs, and files needed to operate the selected feature.
  • Resend: sends email only when an email-delivery workflow is used. It receives the recipient address and the email content needed for delivery.
  • Manus file-storage service: receives files only when you choose an upload feature; it receives the file and the metadata needed to store and retrieve it.
  • Manus AI integration: receives the prompt and related tool or chat input needed to obtain an AI response. The configured integration may route that request to an AI model provider. This policy does not make a retention or training promise about that provider.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the existing same-origin Hella Heal reminder-worker endpoint. Only after you deliberately enable a board reminder, it receives the browser push subscription, the selected reminder hour, time-zone information, and your board-reminder/news choices needed for that reminder workflow.

Necessary browser storage

The cookie notice does not write a cookie or a storage preference. A necessary session cookie may be used if you sign in. The following browser storage is used only by tools that need it to keep the work you create available on that device.

  • hh_evidence_organizer (localStorage): saves an Evidence Organizer checklist and notes in the browser so the organizer can continue to work. Clear it through the browser's site-data controls.
  • Pain-journal tool storage (localStorage): saves entries in the browser so the journal tool can display and export them. Clear it through the browser's site-data controls.
  • hurtcules.session.v3 (localStorage) and hurtcules-locker (IndexedDB): save the Ask Hurtcules wizard answers and locally added locker files in the browser so that tool can continue to work. Use the tool's clear-data action or the browser's site-data controls to remove them.
  • hh_region (localStorage): saves the California or Guam preference you choose in Ask Hurtcules so the tool can put the corresponding contact option first. Use the tool's clear-data action or the browser's site-data controls to remove it.
  • hh_daily_* (localStorage): Hella Heal saves game progress, stats, settings such as sound, the completed or skipped tutorial state, the adult-gate response, and any reminder choices on that browser so the puzzle can work on that device. Clear these items through the browser's site-data controls. Board reminders and HellaHurt news stay off unless you deliberately turn them on.

Hosting and ordinary request data

Like other websites, the hosting and application infrastructure receives request information needed to deliver a page, such as the network connection information supplied with the request. This site does not use that information for visitor analytics, IP geolocation, or advertising tracking.

The code does not publish a fixed retention period for hosting logs, submitted forms, chat inputs, or uploaded files. We therefore do not promise a retention period or deletion deadline in this policy.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit a form, message, or upload. You can clear the browser-storage items listed above through the relevant tool or your browser's site-data controls.
