We Collect Only What You Give Us
We do not track you across the web, buy data about you, or build profiles. We collect only the information you voluntarily provide — through our case check tool, contact form, or AI chat — and we use it solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
We Never Sell Your Information
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period. The information you share with us is treated as a confidential prospective-client communication.
Calculator and Tool Inputs Stay on Your Device
Our calculators (case value, pain & suffering, lost wages, wrongful death) run entirely in your browser. Your inputs are never transmitted to our servers. We collect nothing from these tools.
Case Check Submissions Are Auto-Deleted
If you submit a case check and do not request attorney review, your submission is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours. If you request attorney review, your submission is retained for the duration of your legal matter plus three years, as required by California professional responsibility rules.
You Can Request Deletion Any Time
Email [email protected] to request deletion of your data. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.
AI Processing
Our AI features use enterprise AI APIs under agreements that prohibit using your inputs to train AI models. Your case details are never used to train any AI model. A licensed attorney personally reviews every case submission that requests attorney review.
